I understand that this event, if approved, will be subject to all related church policies and may be canceled at ANY time, including the day of the event, if the church policies are violated. (example: music policies, no alcohol use, etc.) I hereby release Emmanuel Baptist Church of any and all liabilities for an event that is canceled because of a failure to abide by church policies.*

I understand that Friday and Saturday events require a $100 custodial fee. Checks are to be made to "Emmanuel Baptist Church" and are due before the event schedule is confirmed. This fee is for private events (parties, etc) and is not applicable to church-sponsored events. Private events held during the week will also incur a $100 custodial fee if the event cannot be scheduled around existing custodial services.*

I understand that a technician's fee will be assessed if sound / lighting / video support is needed for a private event. The minimum fee is $100, plus $50 per hour beyond the first hour. If multiple technicians are required there will be an additional fee of $50 per technician per hour. No equipment is to be removed or rearranged on the stage in the sanctuary.*
