Because of His love for us, God devised a plan of salvation. Before the world was formed He chose to send His Son, Jesus Christ, to live on the earth. Christ was born of a virgin, lived a perfect life, and died on a cross to pay the penalty for our sins.
On the third day after His crucifixion, Jesus Christ rose again from the dead. A belief in the resurrection of Jesus Christ is a requirement to be saved. This truth is the central message of the gospel of Christ.
In His life, death, and resurrection, Jesus not only made a way to the Father...He provided the only way to the Father (John 14:6).
